The objective of the Presbyterian Synod Training and Exposure Programme (STEP) is to equip and inspire young adults to serve in local Presbyterian churches.

On the 3rd February 2020, leaders from the Synod Office, the Chinese Presbytery and the English Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church in Singapore (PCS) met with TTC lecturers and students from the Presbyterian denomination over a lunch gathering and sharing.
