On 15 January 2018, about seventy Methodist students and faculty of TTC gathered at the invitation of Rev Dr Chong Chin Chung, Bishop of the Methodist Church in Singapore (MCS), for an informal lunch and fellowship meeting.
St Peter’s Hall organised a Spiritual Formation Retreat for the Anglican students from 12th to 14th January 2018. Theological students can sometimes forget that knowing about God is never the same as knowing God. Thus, the retreat was a timely and much-appreciated occasion to review and realign our priorities from the beginning of the year and semester.
"Do you have an extra rag?" This was a common question heard throughout campus on 5th January 2018 as the TTC community readied ourselves (in matching college t-shirts, no less!) for our Annual College Cleaning Day.
Rev. Yap Seok Chin attended the 3rd NIFEA (New International Financial and Economic Architecture) Asia Consultation held in Taiwan from 20 to 25 November 2017. This is the 3rd and final gathering of a series of consultations organised by the Council of World Missions (CWM).
