Trinity Theological College is honoured to have Professor Bruce Hindmarsh, James M Houston Professor of Spiritual Theology and Professor of the History of Christianity at Regent College, Vancouver, to be the principal scholar for its inaugural TTC Trinity Symposium and Public Lecture Series.

For the public lecture, Professor Hindmarsh will be speaking on the topic Resourcing Reformation and Evangelical Spirituality for the Church Today. In the lecture, Professor Hindmarsh will present the enduring value of the spirituality of the early modern Reformation and Evangelical movement in its insistence upon word and spirit, and show how the relationship between word and life, message and experience, doctrine and devotion, has been central to evangelical spirituality from its earliest days.
