The new Upper Bukit Timah Road campus is officially opened
His Excellency, S R Nathan, the President of Singapore is the Guest-of-Honour.

It receives two financial endowments and establishes the Chen Su Lan Professorial Chair of New Testament and the Earnest Lau Professorial Chair of Systematic Theology.
