Our ancestors came to this small island to make a living and send money home. Today, modern Singapore is among the wealthiest in the world and continues to play a major role in the global financial economy. However, the quest for money continues. Money is viral, it is everywhere. It is one of the hottest topics in social media, in our casual and serious discussions, and takes center stage in our political economy. What about money in the Bible and in our churches? Are Christians any different from how the media, society in general, and the people in Singapore deal with money? This course engages participants in looking at money biblically and encourages us to deal with money as a Christian disciple.<\/p>\n
