CSCA Visiting Fellowship Programme
[revised January 2007]
The Visiting Fellowship Programme is designed to offer seminary lecturers and church leaders,
especially from Southeast Asia, an
opportunity to stay short-term in Trinity Theological College for reflection,
research and writing on Christianity in Asia.
There are two categories: (1) Visiting Fellow; (2)
Visiting
Scholar. To apply, please write to the CSCA
Administrator (csca@ttc.edu.sg), together
with a brief
curriculum vitae, a short outline of your intended research area, and a letter
of reference from your church authorities or the principal of your home
theological institution.
[Note: The terms of the programme are revised from January 2007, and
are applicable to fresh applicants.]
(1) CSCA Visiting Fellowship
Visiting Fellowships are awarded to researchers from Southeast Asia currently
engaging in CSCA’s writing projects. Visiting Fellows normally are invited to
come for a two to four-week period. The College provides accommodation and meals
in the campus, and pay for travel expenses to Singapore. Two Visiting

(2) CSCA Visiting Scholarship
This category is designed for church leaders, pastors and researchers who
may wish to take a one week break for reading and reflection. They are
offered free accommodation and access to the Library. Visiting Scholarships are
awarded on case to case basis. Normally, a letter of recommendation from the
national church authorities is required. Up to six Visiting Scholarships
are awarded each year.
